Vacancies on the UCML Executive for 2008

UCML is holding elections for vacancies on the executive which will arise on 1 August 2008.

The following posts will be vacant at the end of July 2008

What is the election schedule

The LLAS Subject Centre will organise the elections on behalf of the UCML Executive.
Candidates should complete a nomination form and send it to Carol Churchouse at the LLAS Subject Centre by Friday 4 April 2008.

Ballot papers will be sent out to representatives of all UCML member institutions/organisations within two weeks of the deadline for nominations.

Deadline for receipt of completed ballot papers will be Friday 9 May 2008.

It is hoped that newly elected members to the Executive will be able to attend the Plenary meeting of UCML on 30 June 2008 at London School of Economics.

What do I do if I want to stand for election or if I want to nominate a colleague to stand?

If you wish to stand for election, please complete the nomination form and return it electronically, to Carol Churchouse (ucml@soton.ac.uk) by Friday 4 April 2008.
